Courage Classic

We left straight from harvest and went up to Copper Mountain for the Courage Classic.  Justin nor I rode this year.  We were the support and have fun team members.  It is an amazing weekend.  We took our camper up and parked at Dillon Reservoir.  The kids had a great time on the bungee jumper and other kids activities they have for the kids while waiting for the Salvador family to finish.

Jade and Jase waiting for the team.

Blake did the 80 mile ride the first day and even beat the rest of the team that did the 40 mile ride.
Jessa crossing the finish line.

Our campground was right next to the ride on the second day.  So we meet them with homemade protein granola bars.

The kids decorated

Jessa was the key note speaker that night at the banquet.  She did an amazing job!!
Jade had her face painted at the dance.  She had a blast.  Shannon's kids are her age so they danced and played all night.

Next year think of donating, riding or volunteering please.  It is such an inspirational weekend.  So many signs of people that are riding for family and friends.  One of the most amazing things is the family's who come and support even though they have a lost child.  They realize the importance of Children's Hospital.
