Thanksgiving and Santa Train

We had Thanksgiving at our house this year for the McDaniel side. Of course there was lots of food. I wanted prime rib so I fixed it. Justin wanted to smoke a turkey, so we smoked a turkey and my kids love ham, so I fixed a ham. With all the sides and desserts, we had enough for a couple of Thanksgivings.

Of course there had to be football.

The next day we went on the Santa train at the Royal Gorge.  Ok if you live in Colorado and have small kids. . this is a must.  The kids wear their pajamas.

Grandma and Grandpa came with us.  We had a group of 40 that went.

Hot chocolate and cookies, singing, seeing Santa.  Magical.
