Good morning . . . Look at my crazy hair. 
My complaint for the day is with the US Passport agency. If anyone was as incompetent as the lady I spoke to today, they would have been fired. It is like I was talking to a wall. I was reading her the instructions which she did not have a clue about. Frustrating. . .

why were you calling the passport office?
YEah - where are you off to? I went to the passport office in Elizabeth and lucked out. The lady there was an AUTHORITY on all of it. We got the kids passports in 5 weeks.
